“ A classic pizza joint. The cashier was friendly, working fast under a super busy environment. We ordered chicken tender subs and a side of fries, which both came out hot and delicious. I'm sure it's a debate for the ages, but table ketchup would be a nice addition. We asked for some ketchup, and he brought us over 2 small packets. ”

“ On New Year’s Day we ordered two steak and cheese subs with all the fixings and a large Italian sub from Charlie’s pizza. I went and picked it up, got it home and none of the toppings were on them. We sat down and ate the subs anyway. They were delicious either way!! About 20 minutes later I received a phone call from Charlie asking if the subs we got were wrong. I told him they were but they were still delicious. He offered to remake them and I said it was absolutely unnecessary, there was nothing in that food that anybody had an allergy to, so it was completely fine to eat. But he did say the next time we come in, he will take care of us. It was unnecessary for me to complain because it’s one of the busiest days for restaurants and takeout of the year. I knew this before I placed my order. I did not complain because it is humans working and humans make mistakes. We all do. Don’t kid yourself. And I especially did not complain because it was food and there are people out there that currently do not have that. ”
